SMCM Faculty comprises of a pool of matured and responsible educators who are trained in educating the minds, touching the hearts of the students with their duty of care, and transforming lives of most of the Marians.

Most of the faculty members are licensed and given sets of trainings and workshops to be fitted in the teaching profession. Armed with the values and strong sense of characters, they are dedicated enough to be one with the institution in delivering quality education and holistic services to the entire student body and parents and to the rest of its stakeholders.

Moreover, it is not only that the faculty is prepared professionally, but rather socially and spiritually. The faculty is given annual retreats, recollection, and the Ignacian Formation Program to fully embrace their sense of becoming a Catholic educator, reflected from the very basic of their lives and own modeling of self-righteousness. SMCM then believes that, training and educating the faculty making them becoming a holistically upright and excellent educator can have the same expected transfer of excellence and sense of characters to the students.
