Admission Requirements

a. Preschool

•Photocopy of birth certificate from the National Statistics Office (original copy to be presented)

•Photocopy of Catholic Baptismal Certificate (original copy to be presented)

• One (1) pc.  1” x 1” colored  I.D. pictures

Alien Certificate of Residency if the student is a foreigner

Age Requirements:

Junior Kinder       : 4 years old by October 31

Senior Kinder       : 5 years old by October 31

 b. Grade 1 – Grade 6

•Photocopy of birth certificate from the National Statistics Office (original copy to be presented)

•Photocopy of the Catholic Baptismal Certificate (original copy to be presented)

•One (1) pc. 1” x 1” colored I.D. pictures

•Certificate of good moral character

•Satisfactory rating in the entrance examination and the final interview

•Certified photocopy of report card (1st to 3rd grading period   grades) and at least 80% in Conduct.

Age Requirements:

Grade 1               : 6 years old by October 31
